Hello to all you blessed and highly favored children of God. It is bitter sweet as summer comes to an end. We are pretty fired up to get back to school. With some schedule changes we are hoping this letter will alleviate any confusion on orientation night.

Please check the following schedule carefully. We have 6 different groups of students this year. Please pay attention to your grouping. Ie junior, senior etc. Knowing what class you are in will help get you the correct materials.

Tuesday September 6th, 6:00 pm. All NEW incoming First Year Students Orientation. You do not have class Wednesday September 7th. You are Freshman if you are part time. You are a Freshman/Sophomore if you are full time.
Wednesday September 7th 6:00 pm All RETURNING First Year Students. You are in this group if you have completed the first half of first year curriculum. Your classes this year are on Monday and Wednesday evenings. You are now a Sophomore.
Tuesday September 6th, 6:00 pm. All RETURNING 2nd Year Part time students. You are in this group if you have completed the first half of the 2nd year curriculum. You are a Senior this year.
Wednesday September 7th 6:00 pm Full time 2nd Year students and Part time Monday/Wednesday 2nd Year students. You are in this group if you have not taken any 2nd year classes yet. You are now a Junior if you are part time. You are a Junior/Senior if you are full time.
Tuesday September 6th, 6:00 pm and Wednesday September 7th 6:00 p.m. All Leadership School Students attend both evenings.
We again will offer both paper and electronic syllabi. IF YOU ARE ORDERING ELECTRONIC FORMAT it would be helpful if you would please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us that you will be purchasing electronic format. All electronic syllabus’s’ are sent via drop box this year, and are pdf’s. There are various apps you can purchase that allow you to take notes on the pdf. Most commonly used APP is called PDF Expert for the IPAD.
We will have available standing orders for CD’s or MP3’s of all classes. Please be prepared to pay with a separate transaction from tuition if you wish to purchase these. Both formats are same price
Part time $107 per term or one payment of $320
Full time $200 per term or one payment of $600
DVD’s of first year are available by the full year only. Part time is $500 , full time is $1000. 2nd year is not available on DVD. We may offer individual class dvd’s this year at a fee of $40 per class but we have not worked out the details.
